The No Risk To List Agreement

Cancel your home sale listing at anytime.

If you feel that you have not received the services promised, or if I feel that you have not kept the home in showing condition or made price adjustments as warranted, either party can cancel just by calling and saying, “I want to cancel the listing”. It’s that simple. The cancellation becomes effective from the time you call. However, please allow two (2) business days to have the sign removed and the listing withdrawn from the Multiple Listing Service.

Flexible Fees

Our flexible fee program is offered when:

· You are selling and buying a home from us.

· You bought your home through us in the last year.

· If while representing you, I also bring you a qualified buyer, I will reduce my commission.
